Spiritual Growth Redefined: Sheikh Abiola’s Message on Service and Accountability at the 30th Al-Mu’minaat Oyo State Convention

At the 30th Al-Mu’minaat Oyo State Convention, themed “Nurturing Spiritual Growth Through Service and Accountability,” Sheik Sulayman Adeyanju Abiola stressed the connection between spirituality, selfless service and accountability.

He highlighted that true faith involves serving Allah through acts of kindness, charity and community engagement. Muslim women’s contributions in da’wah, mentoring and societal service were also emphasized as acts of worship.

Sheik Abiola presented accountability as a means for self-evaluation and spiritual alignment, urging members to practice regular salah, Qur’an recitation and sincerity in their duties. He noted that service and accountability must coexist to foster balanced spiritual growth.

The event concluded with a call to action for attendees to integrate these principles into their lives, renewing their commitment to personal and communal development.
