In a recent message to Ansarallah Commander Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr El-Din Al-Houthi, Yemen’s Minister of Defense, Major General Mohammed Nasser Al-Atifi, and Chief of General Staff, Major General Mohammed Al-Ghamari, issued a stern warning to Western nations and their allies. Addressing the United States, Britain, and Israel, the top military officials vowed that future confrontations would be more intense and devastating than past engagements.
Drawing on a spirit of resistance deeply rooted in their culture, the generals asserted that their forces had already demonstrated their capabilities, particularly at sea, hinting that further actions on land could follow. “Your forces have tasted defeat at sea, and what happened there is not far from the land,” the statement read.
The officials promised an even stronger retaliation, stating that Yemen’s forces are prepared and determined to respond in ways that will unsettle their adversaries. “We promise that our response will become a nightmare that disturbs your sleep and threatens your security,” they said, warning that the coming days would bring unexpected surprises.
This message underscores rising tensions in the region as Yemen’s defense leadership signals its readiness for intensified conflict.
